Private Prescriptions

Here at Ahmeys Pharmacy not only do we provide services for NHS Patients/Prescriptions but we also provide services for all non NHS patients/Prescriptions. We dispense private prescriptions from GMC registered doctors.

All Private Prescriptions carry a minimum charge of £10*.

Private prescriptions are not subject to NHS charges, but you will have to pay for the medication itself. There are no exemptions for private prescriptions and all items will need to be paid for.

To get a price for your medication before you come to the Pharmacy, please either:

* Once medicines have been dispatched/collected we cannot under any circumstances accept any returns for medicines as permitted by the law. For further information please do not hesitate to look at our returns policy.
